Terms of Use

GTX Studio is a free tool for designing, saving and sharing splitcake and face paint recipes. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim to keep it running smoothly but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You own the designs, recipes, photos and text you create. By making content public or sharing a link, you give us permission to display, store and distribute it within GTX Studio and to feature it in GTX Facepaint promotional material with credit to your artist name. You can make content private or delete it at any time, which ends that permission going forward.

• Only upload work and photos you have the right to share.
• No hateful, harassing, sexual or otherwise inappropriate content.
• No spam, scraping, or automated bulk use of the app.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, generally after a warning where it's practical.

Colours shown on screen are simulations. Screens, lighting and paint batches vary, and blended results in the app are approximations. Always test paint on skin before an event, and follow the safety guidance on the product packaging. GTX Studio is a planning tool, not a substitute for a patch test.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost work, lost income, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Please keep your own copies of designs that matter to you — download them.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. You can stop using GTX Studio and ask us to delete your account at any time.
